I called Pipe Master last night with an emergency. They answered and had someone call me right back. They scheduled me for the next morning. James came out look at my problem and resolved the issue. He was so professional. We have been in business for 100 years this July. This is first time I have been so pleased with the service that I have taken the time to give a review. James showed in the evening climbing an icy hill when other companies turned me away. He found the issue and corrected it right away. James was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of service.

If you need a plumber for a repair or remodel I HIGHLY recommend Pipe master, LLC for your plumbing needs!!! We had a leak that we thought was in our wall between the kitchen and front bathroom so we had to turn the water off to the whole house on Friday. American Home Shield sent someone out on Monday and they couldn’t do anything because It turned out that the leak was in the slab. The next day they sent James from Pipe Master. He did his own investigation, came up with 3 ways he could fix the issue then explained the pros and cons and costs of each so I could make the decision that worked best for my family. He returned the next day with everything he needed to identify the pipe leaking, locate where it fed into the slab, then ran a PEX bypass inside the wall replacing the cutoffs for the fridge, toilet and cold water under the sink. He moved the fridge cutoff to behind the fridge and cut out the old unused lines. It’s easy to take for granted the ability to rinse a glass, wash your hands, or flush a toilet. But when you have to buy drinking water and ask neighbors for help with water from their hose to flush the toilets. You realize how important skilled repair technicians like James are. James from Pipe Master saved the day by using his experience and expertise to find the best, most affordable solution for me, and he earned every single one of the 5 stars in my review.

Our pipe burst during extreme winter weather, and every other plumbing company said it would be days before they could help. James came out right away and took care of the problem immediately. Because I own rental properties I have experience with different plumbing companies and can say this is the best service I have ever had. James is remarkably knowledgeable about both common problems and obscure problems found in older houses. James is the primary plumber and also the owner of this multi-state company and has been a plumber for over 20 years. Ask for him! He and Lydia, the dispatcher, are courteous and listen well. The service is prompt, they keep the area clean, they inform me about cost and choices I have in treatment before doing work, and they inform me about things they notice that I'll need to keep an eye on in the future. I am recommending them to everyone I know and am happy to have found a plumber I can count on for all properties. They are the best available and you'll be happy you chose them.

James Brinkley, Owner and Operator at Pipe Master, came as soon as I called about an ongoing sewer issue in my back yard. The drains have been there since the house was built in 1956. Needless to say, I had many questions, but he had all the answers after a thorough look and detection. He gave me a written quote. Offered financing even!! After much consideration and even having another company come and check it out for a second opinion, I felt James would take care of me, plus offered a guarantee after work was completed. He scheduled the work, showed up the day he scheduled for and completed the job that day. We waited till the next morning for the city’s inspection. All was great and the job was completed to my satisfaction. You want a company that stands by their work and does what they say they are going to do for you. I’d call Pipe Master again for any and all plumbing issues.

Had an amazing experience tonight with Pipe Masters. James was so friendly and helpful, fixed our issue quickly, and went above and beyond. He made sure there was no mess left behind, helped with our fridge filter, and took his time and explained a few other things about our plumbing. We had an amazing experience with James Brinkley! We had issues with a clog in our kitchen sink. He took the time to explain the backfalling/improper slope of the pipe. He showed me the pipes as a system, he cleaned the line & verified flow with me watching. I definitely found a plumber I can trust & a clear explanation helps me prepare to fix the issues in the near future! I couldn't recommend him enough. Also, to come out to my house knowing the city is still facing the snow/ice elements was a huge plus. Very friendly & easy to communicate with. James saved the day! He came the morning before the snow/ice storm 1-23-26! My water pipe busted and it was fixed in no time! Very knowledgeable and I would recommend to everyone! With most plumbers they try to rip you off especially if it’s a last minute emergency. Pipe master didn’t! Thank you James again!
